Until yesterday, FBI chief James Comey seemed like a pretty savvy internet user. The guy knows that you’re supposed to cover your webcam with tape to hide from the NSA and WhatsApp is a fantastic way to communicate securely—even if he hates you for using it. But when the numbnuts set out to make a series of secret social profiles online, he elected to use the name of a 20th century theologian known almost exclusively to theology students and political figures trying to sound smart.

It seems like you're highlighting some amusing contradictions in the approach to online privacy by individuals in powerful positions, such as the former FBI Director James Comey. While advocating for covering webcams and securing communications, the choice of pseudonyms can raise eyebrows, especially when opting for a name that not many would recognize outside specific circles.
Indeed, the irony lies in the fact that while Comey emphasized personal online security measures, his attempts to maintain anonymity online were somewhat less than stellar. It serves as a reminder to us all: even the experts aren't always great at playing hide and seek in the vast landscape of the internet.
If you're interested in further exploring how to enhance your own online privacy, feel free to ask! Or, if you want to delve into specific privacy tools and methods, I can provide some recommendations. Just remember, in the digital world, anonymity might require a bit more creativity than just choosing an obscure theologian's name. 😄
