Windows 7 How to Make Windows Defender Appear in 'All Programs' on Windows 7 Starter

I have a Dell netbook with Win7 starter edition. Windows Defender does not appear in the all programs list. How can I make it appear? I can find it under Crogram Files.

Very easy..... click on the Start Menu and go to the search at the bottom and type in defender. Look under the listing (control panel) and right-click drag it to the desktop creating a shortcut. Take that shortcut and drag it to the start menu and then down to all programs and where you want it in all programs.
