I happened to be missing[or Regsvr32 can't find them] (DLL): Initpki ,Qmgr, Wuaueng1, Wuweb, Wucltui. Is there a way of recovering these that doesn't involve a Win 7 (x64)disk? I highly doubt I deleted these and I just ran a virus scan, nothing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When you think you are missing files, the first thing to do is a system file check. Some of those files appear to be involved with Windows Update.

Open an administrative command prompt and type the following command and hit enter after. Let it work and see what it says.

sfc /scannow

Have you done a search of your system for another copy of those dll's ?

I don't have win-7 up right now or I'd look myself.

did not find any integrity violations

go to a site called dll-files.com and type in the missing dll file and it gives you it for free. Try it and let me know! i've not tried it but came across it through a net search for myself!
