How to Remove Program Ribbons from Photos on PC After Downloading from Drive

I sent a photo to Drive from my phone to the pc and downloaded it, but when I open it it always has the programs ribbons etc around it. How can I just get a clear photo?
I am not having any luck cropping out the ribbons etc.

Hi Peter,
it might be simply down to what your default programs are..

If you open the settings tab via the start menu, look under 'System' and then 'Default apps'. Look for the photo's heading and click on it, from the list choose the 'Photo's app':

I am going to my Galaxy forum b/c thy know how not to involve any program sending from phone to pc.
