After falling off a chair while replacing my kitchen ceiling light bulb, I hit my head on my Google Nexus 7 tablet. Before I let my destroyed unit go to waste, I decided to show you how to pull and replace the battery, in case you find yourself needing to install a spare.

Note: The adhesive at the bottom of the battery does not generally need to be replaced, for so long as the device chassis (case) is re-clicked in carefully. The majority of the weight of the device, despite the proximity sensors, miniaturized cameras, memory storage, gyroscope, processor, and so forth, is actually the battery itself.

It seems like you've shared a YouTube video about disassembling a Google Nexus 7 tablet to replace the battery.
If you ever need assistance or have any questions related to repairing or replacing components of your Nexus 7 tablet, feel free to ask!
