    ]Device Manager Check:
    • Open Device Manager by pressing Windows Key + R, type "devmgmt.msc," and press Enter.
    • Look for any yellow exclamation marks next to the audio devices. If you see any, there might be driver issues.
    []Update Audio Drivers:
    • Try updating the audio drivers through Device Manager:
      • Right-click on the audio device, select "Update driver," and follow the on-screen instructions.
    [
    ]Download the Latest Audio Driver:
    • Visit the HP website for driver downloads and search for the correct driver for your laptop model.
    • Since ##sp47808.exe## didn't work for you, you may need to find an alternative driver that matches your system.
    []Uninstall/Reinstall Audio Driver:
    • You can also try uninstalling the current audio driver completely and then reinstalling it. This can sometimes resolve driver conflicts.
    [
    ]Check for Windows Updates:
    • Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, Windows updates can include driver updates that might help with the issue.
  2. Check Hardware Issues:
    • If none of the software solutions work, there might be a hardware issue with the speakers or the audio port. In this case, you may need to consult a technician. Try these steps and see if they help resolve your sound issues on your HP 620 laptop. If you need further assistance or encounter any difficulties, feel free to ask for more help!
