Windows 8 I can't load my messages in Facebook

I can't load my past personal messages in facebook using any internet browser. I tried clearing caches but
didn't helped. A round circle is moving but only shows a few messages and then stops. It works on my android phone. What should i do?

At this point I'd recommend a refresh of Firefox and see if that removes the block.

Hi,
try pressing the control key+F5 whilst on the facebook page.

You could also try running Malwarebytes in case you have a bug..

Those steps didn't helped.

Can you post your system details please like operating system and which browsers you tried.

I have Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit. I used Maxthon Browser, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
