Windows 10 I facing issues while connecting to internet

I have a Windows 10 home. Whenever I try to connect to internet through WiFi or ethernet,the moment I connect, my pc tries to reach www.bosch.com and won't allow to do anything on internet till I go to that website. It automatically tries to reach the above website. I've tried to uninstall antivirus.
It's annoying and it shows no internet even though it's connected to WiFi with internet connection

Could be malware, or other software. Could also be some sort of proxy device on your network. If you boot into safe mode with networking do you get the same thing?
