Windows 7 I lost my Sony VAIO's FN utility after upgrading to Windows 7!

After I upgraded to Windows 7, I now can't get the FN button working which caused the lost of many features such as reducing the brightness and increasing the sound volume.

Please give me specific links as to where to download these utilities, i've been circling around Sony's website for days with no luck. Please Help
