Introduction to UWP and device families

Windows 10 introduces the Universal Windows Platform, and with it a new way to partition the API surface. APIs are grouped into "device families", and that means you can support a huge range of devices with just one app. Even better, you can still light up the unique features of each of those devices with special adaptive code.
