Would a member care to try and fetch this site with the IP address? (Link Removed - Invalid URL)

I asked members of another site to try it, and all got the same result. They were diverted to a Plesk Control Panel page with the info that this site does not exists - weird. I just wonder if an actual member of this site would have the same result??
