Is CCleaner Still Effective? Comparing It with Microsoft Total PC Cleaner

That was a good shake now to days? Is MS- total PC Cleaner ? too ?
 
Normaly eusing ccleaner! And sometimes ADWCLEANER
The dagger brings GOOGLE twisting things differently than I want to present.
