Is hiberfil.sys always automatically on the same partition as pagefile.sys?

If not: How can I tell Win 7 that it should be this way?

Or alternatively: How can I tell Win 7 that hiberfil.sys should be on partition D: ?

Solution
I don't believe it can be moved, If the space occupied is a problem the you may consider reducing its size. Alternatively you may wish to consider moving the pagefile which I believe can be set to another drive/partition.
