Any sort of log files on windows 10? thank you...
Solution
Rereading the thread title. I am not sure what you are precisely looking for.You dont specify logs. But, if you open the Task Manager and then the "processes" tab, you can right click any of the items listed. Then you can, if you wish, look at the properties. This will show you when the program was last accessed.

Yes it's called 'Audit process tracking'. It can be set in group policy if you're running Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise.
secpol.msc > Security Settings > Local Policy > Audit Policy
These events will show up in the Security Log.
