Windows 7 Issues with my Raid0 set up on win7

I set up a couple of 1tb WD HD's in a raid0 config and partitioned it into 2 chunks. 100gb for windows and whatnot and the rest in another chunk. It sees the 100gb part but wont recognize the rest of it. I can see it on boot and it says its golden but win 7 only sees the smaller partition. I can see the rest of the space when I dig in the system but when and attempt to stripe what left, the option is grayed out and only gives me the option to create a simple volume. Im using an asus p6t deluxe v2. Any help would be appriciated.
