i work on windows 7 and i have installed Kav workstation 6.0.4 on laptop the problem is that it does not update manually and automatically .what to do ? this problem is related with a laptop whereas i have anther desktop Pc which also has windows 7 but its updating process does not cause problems what is wrong with laptop it is brand new and it is the first fresh installation.i have to mention here that laptop has a genuine copy of windows 7 while the other does not.
