How do you delete and permanently block this utter shite? MSI should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves getting sucked into stuff that 13 year olds believe in. 'Killer Ethernet' drivers and suites are MALWARE that interferes with normal operation of other peripherals with zero to do with the ethernet driver. Im getting constant wifi dropouts thanks to killer for some reason allegedly prioritising ETHERNET traffic over Wifi.... despite the fact that _I have NEVER connected this laptop to any wired network_ Im getting real tired of it and its certainly turned me off bothering spending a bit more money on a decent laptop again.

For the record - Killer e2200 is a rebranded and crippled thanks to being interfered with Qualcomm Atheros PCI-E card. I CERTAINLY dont appreciate Microsoft forcing an update to A THIRD crippled driver (This Rivet networks crap that i have now found downloaded and FAILED TO INSTALL thankfully over several days) Getting kind of sick of it. Forcing updates so everyone has the same basic version of windows? Fine. Forcing updates solely to comply with what Microsoft wants, crippling computers via update, and insisting "No, we can see from here you have THIS kind of computer therefor you must have THESE drivers" IS NOT ON. KNOCK IT THE HELL OFF.

Well drivers for laptops are almost exclusively supplied by the manufacturer and one should never use windows update to update drivers (especially laptops). If you trying to download the driver from the main Killer site it simply won't work or if it does is likely to give you blue screens. You need to nip along to your laptops MSI support page and download the driver from there. If you post the make and model of your machine i'll find it for you.

I have to also say that i also use the Killer network suite and it's worth getting to know how to use it as it can be extremely handy especially if your download speed isn't so good like mine. I can set each app to get a certain amount of bandwidth instead on one app getting everything. So for me at least I do find it useful.

You can also just download the network driver and not the network suite that goes with it although whether you'll be able to do that on your lappies support page remains to be seen.

I also forget to mention.. Turn off any anti-virus otherwise they won't install properly.
