Затем купил лицензию цифровую windows 11 pro на сайте microsoft рримерно за $150 и активировал ее на этом ноутбуке. Я практически не пользуюсь ноутом и решил его продать. Меня интересует лицензия win 11 pro. Если я прлдам ноут, то сможет ли новый владелец на законных основаниях пользоваться win 11 pro? Я задавал этот вопоос на learn.microsoft и мне там ответили, что если бы я купил лицензию у сторонних продавцов, то мог бы распоряжаться ей как угодно. Но так как я приобрел ее непосредственно у microsoft, то она привязана к моему аккаунту microsoft, и никто другой кроме меня ей пользоваться не может. Какая то дискриминация прав... А разве эта кория windows не привязана к ноутбуку, на котором активировалась? И что мне делать с этой лицензией без ноутбука? ... Так бы при продаже ноута было рлюсом наличие лицензионной win 11 pro.. А так не знаю, что и делать, откатывать до home и так и продавать?

yes once the pro license is linked to your Microsoft account then it is only usable by you under the terms
your best option is to reset the laptop back to its old license and then sell it [or give it] in the same way it was when you got it... the pro license can be used on your next new system
another option is to sell it 'as is' which includes the pro license but the the new owner has to take over the account which can be a major pain
