Windows 7 Live Mail-No Icons

Hello! Windows Live Mail works just fine, but there are no icons at the top, just the text. Any ideas how I can get them to appear? Thanks in advance.

In the same boat no icons'

and no move task button for transferring Email from folder to folder (ie from "Inbox" to "saved")

also noticed messanger when minimised not disapearing to the Bottom right "Background worker" task bar, but is now running minimised on the open window taskbar
