I have two User Accounts. How can I make one of them the default for logging into Windows when I boot?

Agreed, not a good practice except for locked down kiosk stations. If you are going to do an autologon you should use the autologon tool from sysinternals since it keeps the password out of the registry in plaintext.

Solution
Do you want to log into Windows automatically with this account? This is no longer recommended or supported in Windows 10, but it can be done by editing the registry (not recommended).

No I don't want to log on automatically. But I want the log on screen to be for a default account. Now, the other log on screen appears and I have to log on and then switch accounts.
