They are cutting it very close. 10th of July was ment to be their deadline, and they still compiling builds. Maybe 7272 will be RTM.

According to TechARP, Windows 7 is still set for RTM on Monday.

Update @ July 9 : Although there have been rumours that Microsoft might not make the earlier July 13 deadline for the RTM of Windows 7, our source indicates that Microsoft is firmly on track for the July 13 release date.

Of course, these days, it seems like everyone has "sources", so I guess we'll see.

Dont hold your breath yet. Remember what happened to Vista? There was a bunch of builds after it hit the 6000 milestone all claiming to be RTM. Wait for the confirmation of final sign-off.

This has not been confirmed yet my friend.. It is still speculation.. I realize it has been leaked but that doesn't mean anything.. I call fake on build 7600.. Time will tell for sure though..
