I have tried every solution - AMAC, TMAC (doesn't install, then doesn't work if copied), SMAC and others - none are able to change MAC addresses in Win 7.

Anyone have any ideas?

Changing the MAC address in Windows 7 typically involves using specialized software or manually tweaking network adapter settings. If the common tools like AMAC, TMAC, and SMAC aren't working for you, here are some additional steps you can take:

1. Reset Network Adapter: Before changing the MAC address, try resetting the network adapter in Windows 7. Right-click on the network icon in the system tray, select "Open Network and Sharing Center," then click on "Change adapter settings." Right-click on your network adapter and choose "Disable," wait a few seconds, then right-click again and choose "Enable."

2. Use Device Manager: Another way to change the MAC address is through Device Manager. Open Device Manager (Windows Key + X, then select Device Manager), expand the Network adapters section, right-click on your network adapter, choose Properties, go to the Advanced tab, and look for "Network Address" or "Locally Administered Address." Here you can manually enter a new MAC address.

3. Registry Modification: Changing the MAC address via the registry is another method, but it requires caution. Type "regedit" in the Start menu search box, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}, find the correct network adapter key (should match your adapter), and modify the "NetworkAddress" string value.

4. Network Adapter Properties: Some network adapter drivers allow MAC address changes within the adapter properties. Open the network adapter properties, go to the Advanced tab, and look for settings related to the MAC address or Physical Address.

5. Third-Party Tools: If standard solutions don't work, consider using reputable third-party tools explicitly designed to change MAC addresses. Ensure to download from trusted sources to avoid malware or compatibility issues.

Remember to take caution when modifying network settings and registry entries. Incorrect changes can lead to network connectivity issues. Make sure to back up your system or create a restore point before attempting advanced modifications.
