Hi, I have a rather confusing problem;

When I use the mail app, the Junk folder appears to hold 6 mail but after clicking the tab to view the Junk folder I get the message "We didn't find anything to show here", even though the preview still claims these 6 items are still present.

I've tried Re-syncing the folder, but it doesn't make a difference.

It seems like you're facing an issue with the Mail app in Windows 10 where the Junk folder shows a certain number of emails, but they are not visible when you try to access the folder. This discrepancy can be frustrating, but let's go through a few troubleshooting steps to try and resolve this issue: 1. Re-Sync Mail App: - Since you've already tried re-syncing the Junk folder and it didn't work, try the following steps. 2. Check Junk Folder via Webmail: - Access your email account using the provider's web interface (e.g., outlook.com, Gmail) to check if the emails in the Junk folder are visible there. This can help determine if the problem is with the Mail app or the email server itself. 4. Delete Junk Folder: - Sometimes deleting the Junk folder in the Mail app and re-adding it can help refresh the folder data. Be cautious with this step as it might lead to data loss. 5. Update Mail App: - Ensure that your Mail app is up to date by installing any pending updates from the Microsoft Store. 6. Reset Mail App: - In Windows 10, you can reset the Mail app without losing your email accounts. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Mail and Calendar > Advanced options > Reset. 7. Access Junk Folder on Another Device: - Check the Junk folder on another device such as a smartphone or a different computer to verify if the emails are visible there. 8. Contact Email Provider: - If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to your email provider's support for additional assistance and to rule out server-side issues. By going through these steps, you can troubleshoot and resolve the discrepancy between the count of emails shown in the Junk folder preview and the actual visible emails.
