Hi all. Clean install on a new PC here, went from XP Home to Vista Home Premium. Spent a pretty penny, too.

The problem that I have is coming out of hibernation the system often crashes and I lose all functionality. And important webpages and WIP Documents! I am forced to reboot and lose it all.

Also, my CPU usage seems to spike as well.

Is there a fix for this?

    Did you install SP1 too?

I was just basically surfing the net and reading some news and my fan went off unexpectedly for about 15 minutes. Then, my PC blue screened and some type of count down started (happened so fast I could not even read it) and shut down, then restarted.

That's it, I think I am done with this operating system. Way tooooooo much downtime and problems.

Thanks anyways for trying to help. Bye.
