Windows 8 Mfc100u.dll is missing

I installed a program called Tobii Communicator in a laptop that worked fine and when i installed it in a ASUS tablet i got the message mfc100u.dll is missing. I search for visual studio (mfc100u is a part in visual studio i think) in store and find it on the laptop but not on the tablet? then i tried to do other search both on the tablet and the laptop and got different resaults. I want to now if there is a sollotion for the mfc100u.dll-file or is it some hardware issue that make it not work on a tablet.

Hi,

try installing either:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable package - 64bit version.
or
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable package - x86 version.

Depending on which version of windows your using.
