I moved the start menu toolbar to the top of my screen as I like it that way, but...
when starting a video by double clicking on a video file the mini media player window's title bar appears underneath the start menu toolbar were you cannot get to it
if you then try to resize the window by grabbing the right hand down corner the complete mini media player window automatically moves from underneath and is situated just below the toolbar
so no real problem here, just that it is annoying to have to resize the window to get to the titlebar if you want to get to full screen view
this happens every time the mini media player is called upon

Solution
Moving the toolbar to the top of the screen can sometimes cause issues with window positioning, especially with certain applications like the media player in your case. However, there are a few ways to address this issue:

- Windows has an automatic taskbar management feature that can sometimes help avoid overlapping windows. Try toggling this feature to see if it helps.

- Consider using third-party tools like "DisplayFusion" or "Actual Multiple Monitors" that offer advanced window management features, including better control over window placement.
- Instead of resizing the window to access the title bar for full-screen view, you can use keyboard shortcuts for the media player to enter full-screen mode. This can be a quicker way to achieve full-screen playback without needing to access the title bar.
- Explore tools like "WindowGrid" or "AutoHotkey" that allow for customized window management, which can help in positioning windows more precisely.
Adjusting Window Position Manually:
If none of the above solutions work, manually adjusting the position of the mini media player window might be necessary. This can be done by following these steps:
- Move the window upwards to bring the title bar within reach. By manually adjusting the window position, you can ensure that the media player window is accessible for full-screen view without the need to resize it each time.
