    []Compatibility Mode:

    ]Changing Resolution:
    • Adjust the game's resolution settings to match your monitor's native resolution.
    • Launch the game and look for options related to display or resolution settings within the game itself.
    []Check Game Settings:
    • Some games have specific settings for display modes. Look for options to enable fullscreen mode or adjust the aspect ratio in the game's settings.
    [
    ]DirectX Version:
    • Ensure that DirectX is up to date. You can download the latest version of DirectX from the Microsoft website.
    []Run as Administrator:
    • Try running the game as an administrator. Right-click on the game executable and select "Run as administrator."
    [
    ]Disable Display Scaling:
    • Right-click on the game executable, go to Properties, and under the Compatibility tab, check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
  2. Virtual Machine Setting:
    • In some cases, the issue might be related to the virtual machine settings. Check if the game is running in compatibility mode inside a virtual machine.

      Additional Tips:

      • Restart your computer after making changes to apply the settings effectively.
      • Make sure any third-party software or overlays are not conflicting with the game.
Try these steps and see if they help resolve the issue with the game not running in full widescreen mode on Windows 7 Ultimate. Feel free to provide more details if you need further assistance!
