Hi all,
Well as the title already suggests I've got multiple BSODs.
For some reason I can't find the problem. Let me explain what I've done so far:
  • Reseated all hardware twice
  • Clean Win7 Prof. install
  • Memtest my RAM (I've got 2 slides) but tested them both and separately as well
  • Installed a new power supply
  • Tested my Hard drive for errors
BSODs happens randomly, most of the time it occurs when I start my computer out of hibernation.
I've thought about my network adapter (old Sitecom 100M pci-card) but I'm not sure, and I don't want to renew any hardware until I'm sure what the problem is.

I've included several BSODS and the Seven Diagnostic files.
I hope someone is able to identify my problem.
Thanx in advance guys!

One of the largest causes of BSOD's is found on your system. It is called sptd.sys and is used by Daemon tools, and ALcohol120

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads Link Removed

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

After that is removed, if you are still having BSOD's we can begin to address any other causes.
Hi and welcome

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
        use .trap on that value
Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.

Remove current antivirus , replace with microsoft security essentials
install all microsoft updates i.e service packs

update all drivers and make sure the graphics card is updated

if you are overclocking stop and reset all the settsing back to normal

download CPUZ , screen shot each tab and upload

look for a BIOS update and update to latest bios

First of all Hi Kaos and thanx for looking at my request.

1. i have got no anti virus program, I've deleted the old ones but i will install Essentials
2. Drivers have all been checked before and graphic card has been updated 2 days ago
3. I havent changed my graphic card, perhaps I can find one (but don't think so)
4. never overclocked my system
5. "download CPUZ , screen shot each tab and upload" ; I will do that!
6. Bios has got allready the latest version (I think), but i'll check again!
7. Checked for win 7 updates, and installed the service pack.

Thanks so far, I'll give you the information you need tomorrow!

Michel

Thanks zigzag for your reply!
I allready knew that Deamon tool could casue BSODs, thats why I stopped it's sevices at startup before in msconfig.
I've deleted it now complely!

DId you find it in one of the latest BSODs? Funny thing is that my pc even has trouble with starting up. While I did a clean install not long ago and updated it. Starting to get annoyed by it

Hi Zigzag thanx for your reply!:)

I've already had Daemon Tools stopped its services a while ago because I knew about the BSODs.
Now I've deleted it completly.

And for Kaos, I;ve made the screens for you in the attached file along with the report.
And made the necessary changes you asked me but no luck so far.

Thanks for you help so far guys!

I'm starting to think my MOBO is broken...but how can I check this??

mm perhaps after (only) 3 years I'll buy a new pc...again...

Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.

go to start
type
devmgmt.msc
click the + on SYSTEM DEVICES
have a look if there any flagged or yellow triangled
i would also look if there are any USB updates on the manufactures website, after the clean install ensure every driver is updated from the manufactures website

Nope mate, thats the first thing I always check after a clean install.
I just got al the drivers updated....but my problem is that I've got troubles with starting the pc.
Sometimes it won't load after the bios. It just stops?!
Thanks for you help again Kaos!

Well....let's see how long it will take now for another BSOD or start failure.
