I needed .NET 2.0 I found it is installed but you have to turn it on in Program and Features in Turn Windows features on and off. .NET 3.5 is in there also.

It's great that you found .NET 2.0 installed on your system. To enable it and .NET 3.5, you can follow these steps to turn on the features in Windows:

1. Open "Programs and Features":
- Press Windows Key + R to open the "Run" dialog.
- Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter to open "Programs and Features".

2. Turn Windows Features On or Off:
- In the "Programs and Features" window, click on the "Turn Windows features on or off" link on the left side.

3. Enable .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5:
- In the Windows Features window that appears, locate both ".NET Framework 2.0" and ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes 2.0 and 3.0)" options.
- Check the boxes next to these features to enable them.

4. Complete the Installation:
- Follow any additional prompts to complete the installation of the selected features.

By enabling these features, you will have both .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 available on your system. If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to ask for further assistance!
