Windows 7 Network issues

My internet dies roughly every 2 minutes, and the only solution is to run the network repair wizard. However, it just dies again within 2 minutes, repeating the same process.

This is very irritating when trying to do ANYTHING!

Are there any solutions available?

I am suffering from a similar problem, although mine doesn't die every two minutes, it seems to die whenever I surf on a flash based website to watch a video or some heavy downloading. Diagnostic doesn't repair the connection, I have to manually disable and enable the network adapter. I am in need of help. I think we are both suffering from driver issues.
