I was able to figure out how to change the timing of the ram without much trouble
updating drivers have always been kind of a mystery to me. I looked in the device manager but couldn't find the ones you listed with the same dates and time on your post.
First of all I wanted to give cybercore and every one associated with Windows 7 Forum a big Thank You.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled

When you say uninstall pinnicle does that mean I should not try to reinstall.
Thanks for the help cybercore. Before I try to change the mhz from 1060Mhz to 1066Mhz where exactly do I check what the value is
Also just to be sure from what I gather my timming and voltage are OK. On the Pinnicle problem should I try to update my version or would it be better to just upgrade to the latest version after I feel my system is stable.
Ok one more question the reason I was having trouble uploading the current screenshot was because when I click on the attach link a program opens up called "File Upload Manager"
