Solution
When you say uninstall pinnicle does that mean I should not try to reinstall.

Do not reinstall the same old 2005 version. Uninstall it for now.

MEMORY: in these new screenshots it is 1060Mhz while should be 1066.

What you need to achieve is 1066mhz 7 7 7 16 1.5v.

~~~~~
if the bsod's persist after uninstalling pinnacle and adjusting the ram in the bios (try setup defaults), you may want to run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool for 10 passes overnight.
sorry about posting with no message . I hit wrong button. Not much to add though. Its my first try at building a computer. It worked fine for awhile then today BSOD . I need help obviously. Thanks
1.
Your current RAM settings are 1066Mhz 7 7 7 20, while rated 1066Mhz 7 7 7 16.
2. Update these drivers:
First of all I wanted to give cybercore and every one associated with Windows 7 Forum a big Thank You. Your help is very much appreciated. As far as my original problem I haven't any more BSOD since following cybercore's instructions. I was able to figure out how to change the timing of the ram without much trouble,but the drivers are another matter The why and how of updating drivers have always been kind of a mystery to me. I looked in the device manager but couldn't find the ones you listed with the same dates and time on your post. I think I updated both of the ones you said to ,but I am not entirely sure. How does a person know when drivers need to be updated or should they just be left alone if you are not having any trouble. Is there a good program or utility that helps a person. I see allot of them advertised but I am reluctant to try any with out some one like you recommending one. Thanks again
I was able to figure out how to change the timing of the ram without much trouble
Good.
updating drivers have always been kind of a mystery to me. I looked in the device manager but couldn't find the ones you listed with the same dates and time on your post.
You should be able to find this one at the notebook support listed as ATK > ATKACPI Driver. It provides link between motherboard bios and OS.
]I wanted to give a update on my computer status. It has been pretty stable since the above fixes were applied, enough so I have let my 2 teenage daughters use it. I went in and looked in the minidmp folder today and saw there has been some more BSOD. Not many though it looks like 3 over the last 2-3 weeks. Attached is all the info. Your help is appreciated Thanks
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck.  Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem.  Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003.  This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG.  This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG.  This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002b706ae, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff8800332ba48, Exception Record Address
I accidentally uploaded the wrong snapshots of the CPU-Z Here are the correct ones. When you say uninstall pinnicle does that mean I should not try to reinstall. That was one of the main reasons I built the computer. I wanted to edit and burn all of my older home movies to dvds
Do not reinstall the same old 2005 version. Uninstall it for now.
MEMORY: in these new screenshots it is 1060Mhz while should be 1066.
What you need to achieve is 1066mhz 7 7 7 16 1.5v.
~~~~~

if the bsod's persist after uninstalling pinnacle and adjusting the ram in the bios (try setup defaults), you may want to run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool for 10 passes overnight.

Solution
Thanks for the help cybercore. Before I try to change the mhz from 1060Mhz to 1066Mhz where exactly do I check what the value is, I don't see it any where in the screenshots. Also just to be sure from what I gather my timming and voltage are OK. On the Pinnicle problem should I try to update my version or would it be better to just upgrade to the latest version after I feel my system is stable. Ok one more question the reason I was having trouble uploading the current screenshot was because when I click on the attach link a program opens up called "File Upload Manager" There are a bunch of files in the Que that I cant delete. Any advice how to get rid of them am I missing something you would think it would be simple enough to delete them.

CPUZ MEMORY tab shows your current frequency and the timings.

Yes, when stable feel free to update it to a 7 compatible version.
2005 Pinnacle is not for Windows 7.

Don't worry about that, just click upload files > basic uploader > select and upload your file.
