Windows 10 New Computer Hard Drive

I need to purchase a new computer. The one I currently have is a Dell OptiPlex 9020 running Windows 10. Is it possible to take the hard drive from this computer and install it in a new one so I don't have to spend a week reinstalling all software and transferring all my files? The replacement computer would be a DELL.

It's hard to say exactly, but in general Windows 10 handles hard drive moves to a new machine rather well. You'll have to try and find out, and perhaps re-activate Windows afterwards.
