Exciting news for Windows enthusiasts! Microsoft has just released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.741 and Build 22623.741 (KB5018503) to the Beta Channel. Let's dive into the details of these new builds and what they mean for you.

Those previously on Build 22622 will transition to Build 22623 via an enablement package. This package simply increments the build number, distinguishing between devices with new features on versus off. This method is exclusive to the Beta Channel and doesn't indicate any future updates for final releases.

Tablet-Optimized Taskbar Fixes:
- Resolved issues causing the taskbar to collapse unexpectedly when no windows are running.
- Fixed overlapping or truncated Widgets or Notification Center when using edge gestures.
- Addressed crashes in explorer.exe when entering the overflow flyout in the tablet-optimized taskbar.
System Tray Updates:
- Quick Settings items can now be rearranged via touch.
