Windows 7 Offline files and redirected folders

I'm running Windows 7 in a Windows 2003 server enviroment and utilizing folder redirection. The folder redirection seems to be working. I get all of my desktop icons, document, ect but when i disconnect from the network they all disappear. I have no errors in the event logs or anything. Any ideas?
