Windows 10 Old language leftovers after language pack application

Hi,
After the installation of the English language pack on my Russian-language Windows 10 Pro, some of the Start Menu elements remained in Russian, like the name of the File Explorer, Documents folder etc. It's a minor nuisance, however it would be lovely if I could remove any trace of it from the system.

• Press Win key + r
• Type control <enter>
• Go to Languages
• Remove the Russian language
