PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA & DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - ntoskrnl.exe & atikmdag.sys

I am receiving the BSODs listed above. This seems to happen when I have many games opened at the same time. I recently installed a second video card that uses crossfireX, and it is enabled in the Catalyst Control Center. I have 3 monitors plugged into the primary graphics card in slot 1 and none plugged into the second graphics card in slot 3.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
After updating my lachesis driver and firmware, I got another blue screen (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED tcpip.sys). I googled the BSOD, and it led me to TCPIP.sys causing BSOD - TechSpot Forums. After checking my device manager, I saw a yellow exclamation mark next to my storage driver (jmicron36x I think?). I installed it as well as another one of my storage drivers that had a yellow exclamation mark next to it afterwards. I believe this has fixed my BSODs.

Thank you for your help,
Lee
Only 100 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit WIndows Update and get ALL available updates

You have 3 hard drives listed - what is the make, model and wattage of your Power Supply?

You have issues with these 2 devices:
JMicron JMB36X Controller PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2363&SUBSYS_824F1043&REV_03\4&28714A0B&0&00E4 Failure using the VxD loader.

MAC Bridge Miniport ROOT\MS_BRIDGEMP\0000 This device is disabled.
Please un-install each device. Visit the PC Manufacturer's website to obtain new JMicron drivers. I suspect that the Microsoft device won't come back - but post back here if it does.

Your Razer Lachesis.sys driver dates from 2009. They are known to cause BSOD's. Please update the driver from the Razer website immediately!

Here's a list of the older drivers that need updating (or removing from your system):
Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Power Supply: Coolermaster 1000W - As far as the windows updates go, I'm only missing the 34 language packs, bing desktop, and microsoft visual studio 10 service pack 1, nothing important.

Sounds good to me. I've gotta ask tho' - because we fix most problems with updates. Either driver updates or Windows Updates.

I'm figuring that it's the Razer device - but I've been known to be wrong before!

Good luck!

I thought updating Lachesis.sys and UsbFltr.sys fixed the BSODs, guess not. I'm positive it's not TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64.sys. The BSODs seem to be volatile. I see no pattern. May happen once a week or five times a day. They happen when I do different things on the computer as well, but generally, they happen when I'm playing many different high-graphics games at once.

Here is my updated info: Link Removed

Thanks in advance,
Lee

Lachesis drivers still date from 2009 and one of the memory dump files blames the Lachesis driver - please uninstall the Razer software/drivers and use a regular mouse temporarily - to see if that stops the BSOD's

ScreamingB Audio has been known to cause BSOD's in the past. Try uninstalling it to see if that stops the BSOD's. If it does, download the latest, Win7 compatible drivers for it.

Thank you for your help,
Lee
