Police in Longmont, Colo., say Richard Troupe, 52, exposed his genitals to an employee at a Burger King drive-thru and asked her to hold his "whopper." After the fast-food proposition, the worker threatened to call police and Troupe allegedly fled. But cops apprehended the suspect nearby and charged him with indecent exposure and drunken driving.

Cops in Colorado say a pantless 52-year-old exposed his genitals to an employee at a Burger King and asked her if she would hold his "whopper."

Longmont Police say Richard Troupe was driving drunk when he pulled up to the fast-food eatery and pulled down his pants at around 3:30 a.m.on Jan. 4, according to KDVR.com.

But the Burger King employee refused to have it his way -- so she threatened to call police.

Troupe allegedly drove away, but the fast-thinking worker was able to take down a license plate number and a description of the suspect's vehicle.

Police were able to trace Troupe's license plates and apprehend him nearby, according to TimesCall.com.

The suspect -- who had reportedly been banned from a nearby restaurant for slapping a server on the buttocks on Nov. 23 -- was charged with drunken driving and indecent exposure.
