Windows 7 Parent Control Time Limit messed up?

I setted the time for my kids to be able to go on at 12:00 everyday but everytime they try to log on it doesnt let them and they have to wait till 3:00 for some reason to than be able to go on.I tried checking everywhere but couldnt find a solution may be someone out there knows a way to fix it? Thank You

Right away I thinking time zone setting. With the 3 hour difference, it fits perfect, but not sure were you would check for that. I've never set up anything like that, so I'm really not sure where to look.

Florida is Eastern Time Zone.

***** P.S. check your computer time ( bottom right corner )against the real Florida time.
Is the difference 3 hours ? ******
