Parsons Green bomb 'several times bigger than Manchester Arena device and could have decimated entire tube carriage if it had gone off properly'
The Parsons Green tube bomb was several times the size of the device used in the Manchester Arena attack and could have caused 'devastation' if it had detonated as intended, according to a chemical weapons expert.
Twenty-two people have been injured after the device exploded on an underground train in south London this morning at rush hour.
