It has the flicks option there...
but if i click on it, it only shows the "Pen Options" tab

Solution
The issue you are facing with the "Pen and Touch" settings not displaying the "Flicks" option as expected could be due to different factors. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:
1. Run Troubleshooter:
- Use the Windows built-in Troubleshooters to detect and resolve common issues. You can access this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
2. Check Group Policy Settings:
- Some group policy settings or administrative templates might restrict certain features. Ensure that Group Policy settings related to Pen and Touch aren't blocking the "Flicks" option.
3. Update Drivers:
- Update your touchpad/pen drivers. Outdated or incompatible drivers can lead to missing settings...

4. Calibrate the Touchscreen:
- Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings. Perform the touchscreen calibration and ensure it is properly configured.
5. Reset Pen and Touch Settings:
- In Control Panel, navigate to the "Pen and Touch" settings. Use the "Reset" or "Defaults" option if available to reset the settings to their original state.
6. System File Checker (SFC):
- Run an SFC scan to check for corrupted system files. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run sfc /scannow.
7. Check for Windows Updates:
- Ensure your Windows OS is up to date. Updates often include bug fixes and new features that could address such issues.
8. Registry Check:
- If comfortable with registry editing, ensure that the necessary registry entries related to Pen and Touch options are correctly configured.
