Windows 8 pc settings

Hello
Win 8.1 'pc settings' remains after it is closed.
I have to use task manager to close it after using it.
On occasion there was a problem closing another program as this was still running as I could see in task manager.
Do any of you have this issue?

If you want to close an app in Windows 8.1 you need to drag it to the bottom and then wait for it to rotate. Closing it other ways will leave it active and using the Task Manager is what I do if I forget to close it completely.

I have a desktop not touch screen. The only ones I am aware of that do this are pc settings, and Skype.
I have tried about 20 of them and they all close when x'd out.

It is not a big issue and thanks for the reply.

Not really relevant whether you have a touch screen. You can drag with a mouse also.

If you don't shut them down, the app or its hosting utility will continue to run. But if it isn't problem, I will consider the thread done.
