Windows 7 Perry Rhodan Game Installation Issue: Error When Starting New Game

I installed perry rhodan, but the game wont work, it load good, but in main menu, i click on new game, but error message comes out...What should I do?

First choice - reinstall it in compatibilty mode fro XP sp2

thanks for idea, but I tried, nothing, it loads when it's on low mode, awful graphics, but when I come up with medium it stops and show me error
