Windows 7 Persistent BSOD Issues Despite Replacing Graphics Card and RAM: Seeking Help

I have had BSODS since i have this computer, i figured out it works flawless without the graphics card( using intel gpu) and only 1 ram stick, i havent had a single BSOD in 3 weeks. So i thought these are the problem. I RMAed them, i got the new graphics card and ram, but now i have the problems again.
