Solution
In Windows, the PPPoE session ID value is not typically stored directly in a user-accessible location. PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) is a protocol used to establish a network connection over Ethernet. The session ID is generally dynamically assigned by the PPPoE server during the connection setup process and is used to uniquely identify the PPPoE session between the client and the server. This session ID is primarily maintained in memory during the active session. If you need to retrieve information related to the PPPoE session, you can typically find details about active network connections, including PPPoE sessions, by using network troubleshooting tools or commands in Windows. If you need to retrieve information related to the PPPoE session, you can typically find details about active network connections, including PPPoE sessions, by using network troubleshooting tools or commands in Windows. Here are some steps you can follow to view active network connections: 1. Using Command Prompt: - Open Command Prompt. - Type the command ipconfig /all and press Enter. This command will display detailed information about all network adapters on your system, including any active PPPoE connections. 2. Using Task Manager: - Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. - Go to the "Performance" tab. - Click on "Open Resource Monitor" at the bottom. - In the Resource Monitor, navigate to the "Network" tab to view active network connections. 3. Using Network and Sharing Center: - Right-click on the network icon in the system tray and select "Open Network and Sharing Center." - Click on "Change adapter settings" on the left side. - You can see your network adapters here. Right-click on the PPPoE connection and choose "Status" to view connection details. By using these methods, you can view active network connections and related information, but direct access to the specific PPPoE session ID value might not be available through standard Windows utilities.
