I just downloaded the windows 10 anniversary update. I plan to do a clean install from an ISO file. When it asks me for a product key, do I enter my current windows 10 product key?

Solution
If you have not previously taken advantage of the free update from an earlier OS, then you will need a key.

Assuming that you have done the above, then, as the previous post says, your motherboard has been registered with the MS dedicated server. When you install the anniversary update, you can ignore the i9nitial request for a key and that which comes later at the end. You will find, when you finally reach the desktop, that the OS ia activated.
Haven't tried that yet with the v1607 b14393.10 yet. However, you shouldn't need the Product key as your W10 should have already been registered with Microsoft Activation servers. Updates typically don't require a new Product key, whereas Upgrades do.

Let us know how it turns out.:encouragement:
