Release Candidate in April?
Release To Manufacturor in July?
OEM in October?
Retail On Christmas Season?

RC: April
RTM: September
OEM: Late November

But again, this is all subject to change.

Here's an article that discusses the same timeframe, supposedly these "rumours" are straight from Microsoft sources. Build strings are in this article as well. But as Kyle said, this is all subject to change.

This is what I've unofficially heard from my sources:
There will only be one beta so:

RC in April (only one as well)
and RTM in June
