I have one application that insists on storing log files and profiles at: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local. When I try to moe it to my E:\ partition it gets hung with the error message:
The action can't be completed because the file is open in System
Close the file and try again.

I have tried deleting all non-essential processes within Task Manager to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks
Pete

Did you try to perform the operation after a reboot?

Is the Administrator account built-in or one that you have created?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I've tried it after a reboot with the same result. The administrator account is the one created during Windows installation, not the built-in one.
