Windows 7 restore folders

before there was an option to 'restore folders on startup' in windows explorer, but in build 7057 the option is gone, and if you restore the registry key, that doesnt work either (as it is missing in this build). anyone know if the option has just moved somewhere else, or if its premently gone? it was there in vista as well as build 7000.
