Well I tested the patch last night and glad to say if does wonders for the graphics, finally they dumped the built in filtering and allowed proper anistropic filtering upto x16 (very nice) and the shadows on high and very high are very sharp and defined without much performance hits.

The main thing I noticed is even High textures seems to take a good deal less ram to have on, allowing for either maxing shadows or max the view and detail distances without popup, which looks awesome.
