Windows 7 s-vidio not working

I want help. I have toshiba satalet a305 laptop earlier I had windows vista and I used to connect my laptop to TV using S-Video cable and FN F5 key
now i upgraded my operating system to win 7 and from then I am unable to connect to TV as my F5 it seems does not work
does anybody else faced the same issue after upgrading to windows 7 can anyone suggest me any solution

What about using (Windows) + P. That should allow you to cycle through inputs.

I guess I would look at video drivers at that point. Maybe check Toshiba's website for the latest and greatest.
